I have the honor of representing The Bluebloods as one of the 56 voters in the FCS Stats Perform Top-25 for the 2023 season. Each week I will release my official ballot and provide some explanation for the biggest movers in our FCS Top 25 each week throughout the season.
The Week 1 slate had zero ranked FCS vs. FCS matchups, which led to minimal movement in my ballot this weekend. The biggest change was Florida A&M jumping into the Top 20 after an impressive win over Jackson State on Sunday afternoon. The Tigers fell out of the Top 25, while Southern Illinois entered the rankings after a Week 1 victory over Austin Peay.
