Stonehill LB Marje Mulumba Transfers To Delaware

Former Stonehill linebacker Marje Mulumba announced his commitment to Delaware on Thursday. He will have two years of eligibility remaining for the Blue Hens.

Mulumba earned Bluebloods second-team NEC All-Conference honors last season. He finished the season with 53 total tackles, nine tackles for loss, 3.5 sacks and one interception. 

As a freshman in 2021, Mulumba was named to the NEC All-Rookie Team after finishing the year with 31 tackles, 4.5 tackles for loss and 2.5 sacks.

Weber State RB Dontae McMillan Enters Transfer Portal

Weber State running back Dontae McMillan announced his entry into the transfer portal on Thursday. McMillan will have two years of eligibility remaining. 

McMillan exploded onto the scene for the Wildcats in the spring season as he was named the Big Sky Co-Freshman of the Year. He earned second-team Big Sky All-Conference honors. In 2022, McMillan earned Big Sky All-Conference honors for the second time after finishing top-10 in the conference in rushing for the season.

Over three seasons, McMillan totaled 1,651 rushing yards and 15 rushing touchdowns. He ranks 17th all-time in Weber State history for career rushing yards.

Akron DL Bryce Wilson Transfers To Western Carolina

Former Akron defensive lineman Bryce Wilson announced his commitment to Western Carolina on Thursday. Wilson will have one year of eligibility remaining for the Catamounts. 

Wilson played four seasons for the Zips and finished his career with 47 total tackles, 4.5 tackles for loss and one forced fumble. He had his best season in 2021 as he started all 10 games for Akron and finished the season with 22 total tackles. 

Before signing with Akron, Wilson was a three-star prospect out of Parkview High School. He was an All-State honorable mention and first-team All-Region selection in 2018. 

UNLV DB Lacarea Pleasant-Johnson Transfers To Southern Utah

Former UNLV defensive back Lacarea Pleasant-Johnson announced his commitment to Southern Utah. He will have two years of eligibility remaining for the Thunderbirds. 

Johnson played in three games at UNLV last season and finished the season with three total tackles. He transferred to UNLV after playing three seasons at Utah. 

In high school, Johnson was a three-star prospect out of Mountain Pointe High School. He finished with 51 total tackles, four interceptions and 15 pass breakups as a senior. 

Jackson State WR Malachi Wideman Enters Transfer Portal

Jackson State wide receiver Malachi Wideman announced his entry into the transfer portal on Thursday. Wideman will have two years of eligibility remaining. 

Wideman had an outstanding 2021 season for the Tigers as he led the SWAC in receiving touchdowns. He finished the season with 34 receptions for 540 receiving yards and 12 touchdowns. He only saw action in six games and finished the 2022 season with only three receptions and one touchdown.

Wideman transferred to Jackson State prior to the 2021 season from Tennessee. He signed with the Vols as a four-star prospect and was ranked the No. 10 wide receiver in the class of 2020.
